This stunning red Lotus Esprit is in excellent condition. With a 0-60 time of 4.7 seconds, top speed of 170 mph and sublime handling, this car outperforms the other exotic competition from Ferrari and Porsche at a fraction of the cost.
The mid mounted 2.2 liter turbocharged engine delivers 285 horsepower through a 5 speed manual transmission. The 1995 Esprit is considered by many as the most desirable and collectable model as it was the last and most powerful 4 cylinder engine prior to the introduction of the heavier V8 Esprit in 1997.
Impressive stopping power complement this cars massive acceleration with Brembo brake callipers in conjunction with ABS. This car is also equipped with the Lotus factory sport exhaust with dual outlets and delivers a throaty exotic sound.
The interior is trimmed throughout with Magnolia Connolly leather (as used in Rolls Royce cars) with red piping. The interior leather is trimmed with carbon fiber. A JVC 6 CD changer audio system is installed.
The interior is in excellent condition. There is some slight wear on the seat bolster from passenger entry/exit (easily touched up with leather dye) which is quite common.

car was owned by a local dealer here in Massachusetts for the last 4 years and
has been meticulously cared for. The engine is excellent all-original condition
and has just received a Lotus ‘B’ Service. The
exterior paintwork is very good and has clearly been garaged all it’s life
because of the beautiful lustre and finish.
